We won this really cool trip to Paris! Naturally, I tried to figure out how to cash in the trip and stay at home. Not possible.

Lynne got the job of creating the tour schedule and she did a great job.

This photo was taken on our first day in Paris after being on the plane all night, checking into our hotel and taking a taxi over to the Tower. Being married to a photographer requires a lot of understanding. I have learned to take less photos of Lynne on vacation but to make sure they are good ones. This is one of my favs.

I had the honor of going to David Williams’ Seminar in Virginia last November. David is from the land down under, Australia. His Seminar changed my vision and my heart.

A few weeks after the seminar David sent me a CD with my photo that he took. What a thrill! Other than resizing the image for the web I have not played with it in photo shop.

David is known for his random acts of kindness. I have witnessed a few of these acts and have been inspired by David to open my heart to others whenever I can.

We are standing in Monet’s driveway looking at his house. Our tour guide is taking our photo with my camera while I try to relax and be a tourist, not a photographer.

Andy adopted us 15 years ago. He is a loving member of our family who would rather cuddle than eat or sleep. I found Andy when he was about 2 weeks old at a factory. He got separated from his cat Mom and the litter. Andy was fed with an eye dropper for a few weeks until he could lap from a dish.

Andy is still very kitten like. His hobbies are spying on the bunnies in our yard, chasing toys, snuggling us and then abruptly biting us and drinking ice water from a people glass. Andy sleeps on my pillow at night.

At last we have a BLOG!

Our wedding photography, portraiture, cool stories from the fabulous world of photography will be here. Blogs are great way to share our medium with our friends, family & clients.

Please visit often and feel free to comment.

Best to all,

Tim
